Organic Housekeepers’ basic residential checklist:

Bathrooms: Clean and sanitize toilets, sink, showers, bath tub. Clean mirrors and glass, and wipe down countertops, cabinets and all items on shelf.

Dust: All furniture, picture frames, baseboard heaters and window sills.

Bedrooms: Remake beds, and if requested, wash sheets off site at our Eagle-Vail laundry facility. Wipe down/dust all woodwork and items on shelves.

Kitchen: Clean and sanitize counters, sinks, ovens, stoves, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. Fill and empty dishwasher. Wipe down refrigerator doors. Shine stainless steel.

Glass doors and windows: Spot clean any reachable mucked up areas.

Vacuum: All floors, upholstered furniture (on request) and underneath cushions.

Mop: All floors, including wood, stone, tile and concrete.

Trash/recycling: Empty and replace bags, and take out recycling.
