Laundry services for vacation rentals
As part of a set cleaning rate or per pound, Organic Housekeepers will wash and press linens for vacation rentals off site at our laundry facility in Eagle-Vail, Colorado.

We prefer to wash linens off site because it’s more efficient and cost effective. Organic Housekeepers and our clients do not want to pay a cleaner to stand around and wait for the towels to dry.

So, here’s how it works. Vacation rentals are required to have at least two sets of sheets for each bed and two sets of towels for each bathroom. We store the extra linens at our laundry facility, and cleaners bring the second set of linens with them to Departure Cleans and Mid-stays. We strip beds and bathrooms during those cleans, and we take the dirties with us.

We give discounted laundry rates to those clients who also book cleaning, usually built in to the rate of the cleanings.
